Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes, complete the following sequence: 12 DL + 9 HPC + 6 Push Jerks.

* Class A: 155/108, Class B: 125/88, Class C: 95/63, Class D: 65/33. * Use same weight for all three lifts. * For each round in which the sequence is not fully completed, assess a 10 burpee penalty, to be completed at end of 10 minutes.
