AMRAP20: 10 OH Lunges (14/20# wb) + 5 candlestick roll to handstand (aka inverted burpee)

    Notes: On inverted burpees, played around with kick-ups from right lunge, left lunge, and donkey kick.

  2. 17 rounds + 6 lunges
    one WOD in and I’m ready to go back to a strength cycle. ;)

Winter/Holiday schedule

Happy Holidays! Here are the box holiday schedule exceptions over the next two weeks:

On Wednesday 12/24, we will have workout sessions offered at 6:30am and 11am. All other class times on this date are cancelled.
On Thursday 12/25, we will be closed.
On Wednesday 12/31, we will have workout sessions offered at 6:30am and 11am.
On Thursday 1/1, we will have a single workout session offered at 1pm.

All other dates over the next two weeks will follow the usual schedule.
