AMRAP20: 10 OH Lunges (14/20# wb) + 5 candlestick roll to handstand (aka inverted burpee)

    Notes: On inverted burpees, played around with kick-ups from right lunge, left lunge, and donkey kick.

  2. 17 rounds + 6 lunges
    one WOD in and I’m ready to go back to a strength cycle. ;)
