AMRAP20:  7 Pull Ups +7T2B+14 Push Ups

  1. 4 rds rxd, 3rds + 1t2b scaled in 13 minutes
    notes: scales were jumping pullup, hanging knee raises. Chose to scale movement and time in order to save hands for Open wod 13.1
    Accessory: DL 135#x10x3; p.clean 3×5-tng (95#/115/135); 3xM L-sit (5s x3)
